"My son and I came into store today and was served by Liam , he told me there were no flakes to go with my sons babychino, my son has autism and he found this distressing , Liam was very helpful and took the time to help calm him, and offered something else, he made my sons experience really good , I can’t thank him enough for all his help , definitely would come again . Thanks again Liam , it goes to show the little things matter, and you made my son very comfortable here. Thank you for your kindness."

"Although this inside the Next fashion store, the layout is very good wrt Covid requirements. Also unlike other Costas nearly all people observing the wearing of Face coverings. Staff very friendly and helpful cleanliness is excellently applied. Nice relaxing place to sit and enjoy the food available and the excellent coffee."
